GSI's US$8.5 billion trust portfolio is comprised of more than 70 trust clients, which are supported by a broad range of fund management services.

GSI’s business unit is divided into two operating groups: Family and Business Trust Services and Project Finance.

UniGlobe Trust has its roots in Mark, Lawson, Hughes Inc. (MLH), which advises private clients on  Acquisitions, Divestitures and Mergers.

MLH has been in business for 30 years. The firm focuses on businesses whose owners want to retire or acquire other businesses. In 1988 MLH clients approached our Swiss Partners and asked MLH to manage their investment portfolios. GSI Financial (GSI), an alliance of independent fund managers, was organized to manage family and business trusts.

Established in the spring of 1988, GSI became part of UniGlobe Trust, which currently manages over several billion dollars in trust assets. After twelve years of Client participation in project financing, GSI incorporated UniGlobe Capital Trust Inc. in 2001.

Under the leadership of President John Bannach, UniGlobe Capital has approximately 20 employees, located throughout offices in Boston, Toronto, along with international offices in Geneva, London and Milan.
